Return and Refund Policy
All returns must be processed through our return form and sent using DHL Worldwide Express. We cannot be held responsible for items shipped via other couriers. Until the item is handed over to DHL, either through a pickup or at a service point, the customer is responsible for the product. Make sure to retain the receipt and tracking number for proof of shipment and tracking.
Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected carefully. If the item does not meet our return conditions, we reserve the right to decline the return. A full refund will only be granted if the product is in the same condition as when it was delivered. If the item shows any signs of wear or damage, we will not refund. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect, unused condition.
For us to process a return, the items must be in their original, undamaged packaging, and must not show any signs of wear or use. If multiple items were ordered, each should be placed in its own original plastic bag. Placing multiple items together can result in scratches. We will inspect all returns upon arrival, and any items that don’t meet these criteria will be rejected.
If you purchased your Fecini product from another retailer, please refer directly to the retailer’s return policy. Fecini is not responsible for returns or exchanges of products purchased from other sellers.
In cases of defective products or incorrect shipments, we will refund the full amount, including shipping costs.
Please note that custom-made items and solid gold products cannot be returned.
Refund Process
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from receiving the product. If more than 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer refund. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
If your return is approved, we will process the refund, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within a few days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, start by checking your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. You may also want to check with your bank, as there is often a processing period before refunds are reflected. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us here.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchange services.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund.
Please note that the time it may take for your returned or exchanged product to reach you can vary depending on your location.
