Welcome to the Fecini website, www.fecini.com. These terms and conditions govern your use of our site and the placement of orders. Fecini reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to stay informed about any changes. By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy.
DELIVERY ISSUES DISCLAIMER
While we strive for a seamless shopping experience, certain factors affecting deliveries are beyond our control. Fecini cannot be held responsible for issues arising from shipping delays, damaged goods, or any other unforeseen circumstances that may disrupt the delivery process. It’s important to note that Fecini is not liable for matters outside our control and where we are not at fault.
Any adjustments to your order will be communicated by our customer service team. If you don’t receive a notification, assume no changes have been made to your order.
Placing an Order
Before placing an order, carefully review and understand these Terms and Conditions. Items in your shopping cart are not reserved until you complete the checkout process and receive an order confirmation via email. If your selected items are removed from the shopping bag, you must re-select them; Fecini does not reserve items for future purchases.
Account
All orders on fecini.com are stored in our customer system, including shipping and billing addresses and order history. You can manage your profile and delete it by contacting us at post@fecini.com.
Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order number, product details, and delivery information. Failure to receive this confirmation within 24 hours requires you to contact us at post@fecini.com.
Pricing
Prices, shown in various currencies, include VAT. Additional charges such as service, payment, and delivery fees are not included. Fecini reserves the right to change product prices. We strive for accuracy, but errors may occur. Prices may differ between stores selling our products, the Fecini Store and online stores.
If the customer fails to pick up the package, resulting in additional costs, the customer is responsible for all associated expenses related to the return shipment. This encompasses shipping costs, taxes, pre-payment fees, return costs, and any other supplementary charges.
Please note that tax-free shopping is not an option on fecini.com. Fecini retains the right to modify product prices. The prices specified during the order placement will remain valid throughout the process. However, we acknowledge the possibility of typographical or technical errors that may affect our prices.
Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, and JCB. Apple Pay and PayPal are also accepted. VIPPS and Klarna are available in the Nordics. Pre-orders and custom-made orders are charged in advance.
Shipping Information
Orders are typically packed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with all details. For orders with jewelry and clothes, expect two separate parcels.
Shipping costs for orders below specified amounts vary by region and are detailed on our site.
We participate in DHL’s Go Green program for eco-friendly shipping. Every order is dispatched using DHL Express Go Green and will be delivered to your specified address or your designated local delivery point. You will receive a delivery notification via SMS when your package is en route. If a shipment is not collected within 14 days, it will be returned to us. For a new shipment, an additional shipping fee may apply.
All orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis, covering local taxes and import duties. No additional charges apply upon receiving the parcel.
Every order comes with a traceable tracking number for your convenience. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays. In the event of a delay or if an item is out of stock, you will be promptly notified by email, at the latest, within 7 days of placing the order. While we strive to adhere to the provided delivery times, it’s important to acknowledge that delays may occur during sales, public holidays, or adverse weather conditions. The indicated delivery times are guidelines and do not account for potential delays related to payment authorization, stock availability, and customs processing. Delivery times are guidelines; some delays are beyond our control.
We can’t deliver to P.O. boxes, and rural addresses may experience longer delivery times.
Orders to China are limited to one item per order.
Trying Items On
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and include all tags. For jewelry, wash hands before trying on to avoid oil transfer. Store jewelry in the Fecini box. Avoid deodorant, perfume, and makeup when trying on clothes. Refunds will not be issued for items returned to us in a condition that is not suitable for resale, and these items may be returned to you.
Measurements
Sizes are approximate; minor variations may occur.
Returns
Items can be returned within 15 days of receipt. Utilize our online return form to generate a return label and dispatch the return with DHL, either through your account page or as a guest. Ensure you provide your order number and email address. Prior to returning the order, carefully review the return instructions.
Returned items must be in impeccable condition, free from visible signs of wear and tear, and should be sent back in their original bag or box. Apparel must be returned in an unused, unwashed condition, with all attached labels.
All returns undergo thorough inspection upon delivery, and we retain the right to decline any returns that do not meet these specified criteria. Until the goods are delivered to DHL, whether through pickup or at a service point, the customer is responsible for them. Keep the shipment receipt and tracking number for verification and tracking purposes. Please be aware that the cost of return shipments is the customer’s responsibility, and this amount will be deducted when refunding the item(s). Return costs vary by region.
Upon the arrival of the return, we will initiate the refund process. You will receive a confirmation of the refund by email as soon as the return is processed. The transaction period typically spans 3-5 business days, depending on your bank.
All returning orders bought online must be returned through DHL and cannot be delivered in any physical stores selling Fecini products.
Please note that made-to-order products or solid gold items are exempt from returns.
Exchange or Refund
For size exchanges or refunds, return the item using the online form and place a new order. Refunds are processed upon receiving the return.
The refund for the original order will be initiated upon the parcel’s arrival at our office. This refund will be processed using the same payment method employed during the purchase. If you decide to withdraw your purchase, Fecini will issue a refund, including the shipping cost, but only if the shipment hasn’t been dispatched. In cases where the shipment is already sent, and you’ve received a confirmation email, the refund will exclude the shipping cost and will be processed upon the return of the shipment.
For returns initiated due to a claim or if we have shipped the wrong item, the full amount, including shipping costs, will be refunded. It’s essential to note that Fecini will only issue a complete refund if the product is returned in the same condition as it was during delivery, with the tag and seal still attached. If the return item is not in perfect condition, a deduction in value may be applied.
Warranty Claims
A two-year warranty covers manufacturing faults. Contact us at post@fecini.com within two months of discovering a fault. Kindly return the item by placing it in a sealed bag and the original Fecini jewelry box to prevent any additional scratches or damages. When communicating with us, please ensure to reference your order number. Include photos of the claimed area and provide a detailed description of the issue. If the product is deemed defective, we will proceed with a full refund, covering shipping costs, upon receipt of the returned claim.
Insurance
Items are insured until delivered and signed for. Once delivered, they are no longer covered.
Disclaimer
While we strive for accuracy, errors may occur. Fecini doesn’t guarantee item availability and will notify you if an item is unavailable.
Privacy Policy
Your personal information is handled with the utmost confidentiality at Fecini. We strictly refrain from sharing any of your personal details with third parties. All information is encrypted to ensure safety. The personal data gathered from customers online includes names, addresses (both shipping and billing), email addresses, and telephone numbers. Fecini may also retain information related to your purchases, product details, sizes, and purchase prices and dates. We utilize “Cookies” and track IP addresses (read more under “Cookies”) to enhance our services and improve your overall experience. Fecini does not engage in selling or renting out personal customer data.
At any time, you have the right to request access to and correction of all the personal data you’ve provided to us. You can also request the removal of your name and other personal details from the Fecini customer database. Additionally, you are entitled to request removal from our marketing/newsletter list by contacting us at post@fecini.com.
